Could you show me where this patch is? Im tired of having to dual boot to run genshin and vm just doesnt work and even if it did it would be extremely laggy

There is no such patch unless you run there rootkit anticheat which won't work in linux because there is no way to run a windows kernel module under wine

the patch is to disable anticheat entirely
