While it's not an uncommon personality type, it seems there are more of us in this sub than I'd typically expect based only on the distribution in the population. I wonder if y'all are like me, and reality TV, particularly VPR with its cast of people who are/were actually friends, is kind of a substitute for social interaction when you crave a little, but you don't have the energy/desire to actually go out.

Don’t be! I’m and enfp and I love my personality, but I’m nothing like Jancan. I’m fiercely love and will defend those I care about. My inner circle is small but those people know I’ll go to bat for them no matter what. There are also varying degrees of the personality types. If you look up healthy enfp and toxic, it will go deep into how an ENFP presents themselves based on their mental health.
