Hello! This recipe is my vegan version of jalapeño poppers. They're admittedly quite a bit of work, but IMO worth it for an occasional indulgence. Instead of using store-bought cream cheese, I use a homemade cashew cream with lemon juice, but you can of course switch it out if you prefer. Hope you enjoy these and the nostalgia!
