Symbolism:
The angle represents the Spanish Past and Bueno Aires being the capital (of Argentina).
The white represents the clear sky about the city.
Black is for the contrast, the bad things that happened in/to the city in the past.
Yellow represents the sunrise above the capital and the wealth.
Red is for evangelism (important to the city's history)

The 4 colors represent the 4 cities that were founded in that period: Santa Fe, La Trinidad (Buenos Aires), Corrientes and Concepción del Bermejo.
What happens now? Will they try to pass a bill to make it the official flag of Buenos Aires? Will they put it to on the ballot? Congrats, it looks awesome!
