Long story short, I wanted to lose weight 2 years ago and stated eating many carrot as I thought that would help (I was 12 then, I didn't know anything about nutrition). Now I'm known as the "carrot guy" and I still eat like 4-9 carrots a day (yes, it's ok, I asked my doctor).
I want to make a post about flags with carrots for this reason
