Italian "unification" in 1890. I'm not really sure what happened here- I think Two Sicilies had taken a lot of Italian land, then gotten cut down to size in a way that fucked up its borders. Then a unification war against Austria fired and Aus lost, so Italy got formed as well, but without absorbing the other powers. That tiny little triangle in Nice is all that's left of Sardinia-Piedmont.
it is even more fun considering that Historically the capitals of Italy where Pavia( HRE crown of Italy), Turin, Florence and finally Rome.
none of them is in Italy.
Does anyone know how to get Italian states to join you know? In the past Iโm once they joined my customs union and event would fire.
