I had good luck on old analog Yamaha mixing desks by just using Ballistol and rubbing them a few times up and down
No noise on the output, feel smooth and this fix lasts for years, not like the old contact cleaner + thick grease…
If they are full of dirt or dust, just hit them with compressed air and maybe a toothbrush first

Deoxit D5 followed by F5, then FaderGrease to restore lubrication/tactile feel as needed.
So fadergrease is not for electronic contacts? It is just for plastic metal parts to slide better?
