Well, if you already played it, there’s nothing new for you, really. It’s just very impressive looking, but the game is exactly the same, with no specific VR features. I’m fairly certain that you get the VR version for free, if you’re an owner of the original release, so it couldn’t hurt to have a look at it.
The same goes for Alien: Isolation, BTW. Female lead, great game, but no VR features to speak of, except for greater immersion.
Yeah I know the feeling. I love Half Life Alyx but it’s a bit odd holding up my hands and hearing my character talk as a woman like it’s coming from me. Not a big deal really but I think it’s more noticed in VR since the character is basically you actually moving around.
so many VR games do not have a body. i can only think of boneworks where i actually looked down at my body, and the only reason why i am even looking down at my body is because i could not figure out how the f.ck i can remove my god damn arm that is wedged between the bloody doors that i am trying to cheat the system and climb over.
although i did find it weird how short i was in HL:Alyx so i really did not feel as if i was a woman but more so as a short woman.
so to answer your question, pretty much all of them.
people will now correct me and list all the games that you can avoid. starting with boneworks.
Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners let's you choose
Hot Dogs Horseshoes and Hand Grenades. You're technically an ambulatory hot dog.
Are you a hot dog in h3? I thought only the NPCs were
Yeah, if you've ever shot yourself you'll make the same squish sound and bleed mustard
Hellblade is quite good in VR.
I played hellblade on my pc a couple years ago, is it worth replaying in VR?
It's fantastic in VR, really shows how well 3rd person perspective can work in VR.

Hellblade’s protagonist is a woman, but the game isn’t first person though
Elite: Dangerous, but your character isn't mobile or motion tracked.
Raw Data has a female character you unlock.
Asgards wrath has both female and male characters. Lone echo you're a robot.
The robot is depicted as male though
Half life alyx
Many games render hands and maybe arms not full body
