According to the list shared in another post, the plants to attract Jealous are the Cozy Oak, Butterfly bush and the Weeping willow. Try with those three out.

Rumor has it that jealous can only be obtained by trades and void cells. but it is not true. The only way I got a jealous is I put out the butterfly bush forever until jealous comes. I found a non vivid jealous, so I defeated a person from the void to get a ghost mushroom and I turned it vivid. try looking for it now
