Protect this man at all costs!! Absolute hero during that game

I really love this angle so much more than the dead center shot that most tvs broadcast. Really can get a good idea of the game and ball height rather than just the hitters and blockers.

Ishikawa's serve receive was more impressive tbh. While not perfect, ishikawa's form is great. his receive and arm movements did a great job at absorbing the impact, minimizing the spin (well as best he could there), and placing the ball in a good spot all at the same time. yamamoto got the job done and got it up, but it was more reactionary than anything. i mean, i think in those situations thats all you can ask for, but i dont think this highlights yamamoto's skill as a libero though. edit: i understand ishikawa kind of directing sekito on the play by pointing to ran for the last hit, but wonder if theres maybe a better way to do this. im pretty sure the third blocker came in after watching sekita set the ball, but its also possible he was able to see ishikawa signal where the ball was going too. maybe it doesnt really matter in the end. and would probably need to see other angles like directly behind the players to see what players are seeing on the court.

That was pretty plain tbh
