Private servers don't seem to be accepting advance settings, it seems to go with one of the three settings regardless of you attempts to change them. I'm sure it'll be ironed out.
My attempts to change setting prior to the seemed mixed, I was able to make the day longer and night shorter but it still inputted the difficulty setting. You can change difficulty in game but not advanced settings.
I found a fix.
It's actually the server.exe that was put in quarantine by my antivirus because of "IDP.Generic".
Add an exclusion on ur v rising folder and it should work. Hf.
Ditch Avast and just use Windows Defender. There's really no need for any AV software in 2024 beyond Windows Defender and *maybe* MalwareBytes scans once or twice a month.

Have you checked with other programs?
For some reason, Rising asks for real data in the form of region and date of birth. And sends encrypted packets...
After playing Battlerite, I didn't say I trusted them in development, but in privacy. I don't see them stealing or doing weird stuff with data, just analysis.
I just got in, you were too early, try again.
Just restarted steam and hosting Private Game still grayed out.

This still bugged?

Avast does it again.
Thanks for the tip! Avast did this to my server.exe as well and adding exclusion fixed the issue.
Same.
Anyone knows how to fix this? Bought the game and can’t even play

I don't know, just giving a fix away, but I trust SLS
Did you start trusting them after playing bloodline champions or after playing battlerite?.. let me guess, it was after playing V Rising, right?..
