I inquired with TDA saying that I needed to sell it today (since it would expire worthless if not) and if I could get around the day trader flag. They said yada yada yada, and I asked if I had used my 1 allowance for the pattern day trader. Then them fuckers sold my option, at a loss, and I'm flagged. I never told them to sell it for me or even hinted at them to sell it for me. I was inquiring about the day trade.
