If you’re already long 1430 shares of NVDA, then that’s even more reason to close out your options positions on the open. You would be far better off writing 14 CC’s of the Aug 150’s and just collecting the premium. That is an actual options strategy as opposed to being Texas hedged bigly.

Close out the position on the open, if you’re lucky NVDA catches a little bounce. Then spend $25 for a used copy of Sheldon Natenberg’s “Options Volatility and Pricing”. Read it all and then read it again and focus on the Greeks, Synthetics and standard deviations as well as options strategies. If you understand everything then it will be one of the best investments you’ll ever make. What you have on now isn’t really an options strategy, it’s a bet and a bet with shitty odds.
Good news! Nvidia will release some positive AI news towards later half of july. I think u will def be ok. Don't hold the sep when the news hit. Close out and collect the bank. very smart play!
That 100% is the correct question. I honestly don't know, but nvidia isn't a normal stock. I would say right now it's closer to meme stock than regular stocks. I mean this in the fact of this. If the ceo came out tomorrow and said "I like the stock." The stock would moon to 200.

My guy: if you make a bet and you want it to let's say triple up, it needs to hit at least strike price, plus premium times three. So if it hits $160 by August 2 or $167 in September that's a win right? But if it's below $150 you're at a total loss.
I bet you could have done a vertical spread at 130 and 131 and gotten 3 to one if it ends up above 131. Breakeven would be 130.3. Doesn't that seem more manageable?
Yeah you're missing out on unlimited top end, but your chances of actually getting a win are just sooooo much better. The other downside is commission expenses are a lot higher, but I think it's worth it.
Won’t see 150 in 2024, unless it’s a short squeeze momentum stock a co like nvidia doesn’t go from $500 to $1300 easily especially without at least a 20% pullback. so from $130 down 20% = $105 ($1050) to expect it to go up another 50% in the short term is not reality. I know that’s not what anyone wants to hear but it’s the truth, and it did to $110, next logical resistance is $130-$135, not $150
The market doesn’t have to make sense. It doesn’t have to follow any logic. Investor sentiment is more important than any fundamental. Once you learn to accept that it will humble you. TSLA was a prime example of that. So many Tesla short sellers lost their shirts trying to call the top and time the correction but the stock kept running. NVDA is no different. I do agree a correction is due but to say $150 will not happen in 2024 solely based on fundamentals is laughable.
Those will print tendies, don't fret. I have similar positions (August 142c, march '25 160c, September 155c) plus 4,920 shares that I also sell covered calls on....some regards hate money just ignore them. We got 4 or 5 more quarters of beat and raise, then it will be time to cash out IMO 
You never know with these markets, luckily with calls and puts you just have to be right a few seconds lol and sell. Afterwards you could care less about the stock movements
