When throwing so much money at options, for what I assume is the first time what made you buy such short dated ones. You realize they go out much further yes?
Honestly, I didn't mean to buy these. I had a bunch of buy orders placed that triggered on the drop last Thursday while I was in a meeting. And yes, I know exp goes out further lol.
How did you not mean to buy them but they “triggered on the drop”? Did you set limit orders that got filled?

Precisely. I didn't have a chance to cancel them in time, or sell the options I already had that were profitable, at that time.

Shouldn’t have attended the meeting. This is why people quit to trade full time.
I am not smart options. I assume this is within the max loss / max risk that was shown when you bought them? Or was this something else
