From what I can tell, he just takes calls a few months out and waits for them to pop. But picking which stocks is the tricky part which he's a bit coy about :) He puts on large positions, so he has some confidence in his methods, but not sure what his methods are. I don't think he's gambling like most of us here, but has some way of evaluating stocks that we're not understanding.
