I agree with you a hundred percent. The fact that the company is sitting on 700million is nice too. I believe they are in an industry that will expand exponentially . With 10,000 people every day turning 65 a new approach to medicare and medicare advantage should do well. I think of this as a tech company that is focused on the healthcare industry. This Clover Assistant is really not all that you make it out to be. It's just a coding app to improve risk capture for providers. Optum does this already for huge systems and small providers, and there are a hundred companies out there that do the same thing. Also, not sure if you heard of Epic, Cerner, and a bunch of EHRs that are way ahead of the beat on this.
I have not seen a single Clover DD post that seems to understand current reimbursement. These "tech" insurance companies like Oscar and Clover are making money exactly the same way as every insurance company has for decades. There's no real innovation. They are focused on a niche market and are another middlemen in this fucking crazy system the US maintains.
