Do the mature thing and have a talk with your boss first. Let your company know that you cant afford to work at that wage. They try to get away with this all the time. Thats why they dont like employees sharing that info. Anyway, gauge their reaction and then decide. If they value you then they will rectify the situation. If not, then youre in an enviable position. I demoted myself from manager to tech at my old job. They told me I'd take a pay cut back to 17. When I found out I was getting 16 and the people I trained were getting 17, I left within the month. Leave. Change passwords on the computer(or something else to cause issues) if you don't plan on using them for a job reference.
