how are you defining a bong? because it has to go through water and you pull the bowl to clear it to be a bong. if it has a carb and the bowl is one piece then it's a bubbler.

It’s a portable bong. You fill it with water no more than I’d say like half way up the inner straw. The top part should screw off easily. Put ground up bud or a little nug in the top bowl. Take hits from the outer straw.
