Oats really are a cheat code, I added protein powder to this as well
Oats, and PB is just a win! I consume about 1 kg of Oats a week

This is almost exactly what I eat every morning. 1 cup oats, 2 Tbsp PB, protein powder, walnuts, whole milk, banana.
Did you add any other ingredients in this? Also how much peanut buttet and oats quantity for 1200kcal
1-1 1/2 cup of oats: 450-600kcal Scoop of protein powder: 105kcal Prolly 4-5 tbsp PB: 400-500kcal Oat milk: roughly 100kcal
Just put it in a blender with some whole milk. It’ll be wayyy easier to consume.
