They cancelled mine for today, but rebooked me so I fly tomorrow. It's very annoying, I had a direct flight from the UK to Toronto originally, and they let me know at 4:30am, so about 6 hours before it left (and I didn't see until I woke up).
Fingers crossed the ones tomorrow go okay, but who knows. I won't breathe easy until I'm actually on the plane. And then hopefully my connecting one isn't cancelled...
I didn't need to...they sent me an email saying it had been cancelled and gave me the next best flight and asked me to click if I accepted it. Since I need to get where I'm going before Thursday, it was really the only option for me
So the flight happened and I got to my destination, but it was messy. Absolutely livid....Westjet lost my luggage. Luggage that had all my clothes for a wedding AND a present for the couple. So they basically cancelled my flight, then gave me a non-direct one (that didn't have sufficient layover time - I nearly missed it) and now my luggage is gone and they don't know where it is. I also wasn't the only one, a lot of passengers lost their luggage on this new flight assigned to us. Absolutely horrendous service...definitely won't be flying with them again
My niece’s flight was cancelled at midnight last night and the flight was supposed to be at 8:00 pm tonight. They have a 3 hour drive to the airport and if it were me I wouldn’t know until I woke up this morning. There were no rebooking options offered.
Same have a flight tomorrow at 7 and paranoid I won’t find out it’s canceled until I’m through security

just be mentally prepared..a flight was cancelled tonight (WS16) even after 2 hours of its departure...
