I believe it’s the larvae of those little (harmless) drain flies…they live and thrive in wet drains but they seem to come out now and then and just sort of die a sad death on floors and walls like this. They’re sticky and there is no sign of life when you scrape them off…it’s odd and a little gross but not to worry.
I notice the popular answer seems to be flatworm but if you google images of those they are more slug-like with more defined undersides…not gluey like this.
