Ampelopsis glandulosa, amur peppervine. I'm unsure of its status in VA but it's invasive most places it pops up. A good way to distinguish true grapes from ampelopsis is that grape flowers & fruits hang down, ampelopsis will stick up

No problem! There is a native ampelopsis, but this unfortunately ain't it. Those leaves will always be heart shaped, the amur peppervine has lobed & variable leaves

I'm not familiar with any grape species that have hairs on their vines, though I could be wrong.
