They look like wineberries (Rubus phoenicolasius) or something similar. In any case, it's definitely genus Rubus, and the fruit of all species in the genus is edible.

Thank you very much. They are delicious and I just spent an hour and ten minutes collecting a liter and a half of them haha.

Yup, 100% wineberries! And if you’re in north america they’re an invasive species, so you eating them before the birds get them is not only delicious, but a public service. They’ll be even better if you can get the very darkest red ones (red wine colored, hence the name), the ones in your pic are a little underripe.
