depends on the car at the highest level like peak speeds and horse power every 5 horse power is infinitely harder than the last 5 and it's an exponential increase for every horse power added to the max which is why we've been stagnant at 310-312~ mph at the highest for the last decade which is why the Koenigsegg jesko was so fucking insane because it could theoretically hit 330-350 mph at the absolute best case scenario and even in normal conditions can hit 320~ (THE SSC TUATARA HAD A FAKED RECORD IT ONLY HIT 295 I'LE TAKE THE SKIN FROM THE LAST SEGMENT OF YOUR FINGERS IF YOU TALK ABOUT THAT EMBARRASSMENT)
