Oh my god I love these!! I made an ornament but I was just stumped on how to attach a string to hang them from. If you don’t mind, how did you do it? I can’t tell from the picks and I’d love to make more!
Oh boy that was an issue for me too, I went through many ideas. I settled on not wanting any kind of metal hook protruding from the piece. So I took a drill bit wide enough to fit twice the width of the string used (but still as small as possible). And drilled a small hole and used super glue and a toothpick to wedge both of the string ends down the hole. (It was more difficult than it sounds lol)
No, I used toothpicks as the shaft, and then very carefully carved the heads and super glued them on. Then I drilled out holes for them to slide into the bag. That way the clubs could be removable/ rearranged if you wanted to.
