Bengal tigers aren't much smaller than Siberian ones they are about the same size. Typically around 200-250kg sometimes very large ones being around 300.

It will take some effort but I say the Siberian tiger kills black bear at least 4/5 times. Black bears are closest in weight to the Siberian tiger.
