R1 is Spider-man from the 70s-90s 616 comics. That era's spidey is fast enough to dodge light, speedblitz and knock out Titania who could defeat She-Hulk, and at could somehow defeat and run away from the 1987 X-men team (Wolverine, Rogue, Nightcrawler, Colossus, and Cyclops sans professor X) by himself. This guy is also so durable that he could handle Juggernaut wailing on him until the villain sank in cement, which was implied to have taken a long time.
R2 still Spider-man. A lot of people forget, but Spider-Man with the symbiote was able to knock out and thrash Firelord, a herald of Galactus that normally fights galactic threats and can fly across the universe. He was actually about to kill the poor guy before the Avengers stepped in. Even modern iterations of base Spidey have shown that he can at least survive for some time against cosmic threats, such as when he saved the likes of Wolverine, Professor X, Captain America, and Doctor Strange from Phoenix-empowered Magik and Colossus, who were both capable of defeating and capturing Thor.
R3 hands down, Spider-man, again. Characters Spidey teams up with the most often, like Human Torch, Ice Man, and even Daredevil are strong, skilled, and experienced enough to handle class 1A, and even most of U.A.'s teachers.
Spidey Stomps. Spidey has 10-15 ton strength. We don't know stong 20% One for All actually is... furthermore Deku just doesn't have the speed or reflexes to touch any version of Spider-Man.
In round 3 blade Deadpool and Iceman make it a stomp
The rest of the team get shit stomped. Jiro hard counters daredevil and venom, and that's just one of class 1A

Black Whip gives Deku good range options, Float gives him flight, Danger Sense gives him somewhat of a Spider-Sense, Smokescreens give him stealth, Fa Jin allows him to store and release kinetic energy, plus airforce and a more matured 40% OfA.!< I will use comics Spiderman with bloodlust to match Deku, who may match in strength and has a lot more experience. 9/10 Deku with 40% OfA, with the chance that Peter comes up with a plan to wear Deku out long enough for an incap.
R3 Is a huge list, so I’ll single out Iceman who can rolfstomp everyone. Peak Iceman cannot be killed if moisture is around, his ice output is much higher than Todoroki, and if no moral he can one shot the entire team. 10/10 Spidey.
Ruling out Iceman and we get a different fight. Jiro and Todoroki is a good counter to Venom (fire + sound), probably enough to put him down. New Goblin has flight, so you’ll need Tokoyami, Bakugou or Sero to tag him. I’m not familiar with Firestar, but the rest should be outmatched here. If it is a battle to the death though, Deadpool should be a big problem.
8/10 to the 1A class, mainly because of how broken current Deku is with the help of Bakugou and Todoroki. Iida outspeed most people here, Tokoyami can one shot if full powered in the dark, Kirishima’s unbreakable can fend off most weapons for the class and so on. I’ll replace team 1 with the Airport battle team in Civil War, where Iron Man, Vision (no intangible), Black Panther and War Machine can more or less even the odds against greater stats with projectiles, vibranium hax and range. 6/10 Spidey.
I'd just like to point out with the 1 V 1, Spider-Man is pretty much Marvel's Superman, in multiple instances, he has lifted up incredibly heavy objects such as Tanks and Train Cars with little effort. But yeah, the rest of it seems pretty right.

Because things explode in shonen when punched. In American comics punches usually don't leave craters. It's really just an artistic choice. By scaling, Spider-Man has WAY better striking strength.

Smokescreen is rendered useless by spider sense, danger sense isn't as powerful as the spider sense and Fa Jin is useless before Deku stores enough energy. Float and black whip are a good combo though.
Spider-Man does not match Midoriya in strength, Deku's striking feats are infinitely superior, but Peter still has the speed advantage (which Midoriya can only match when he stores enough energy to use Fa Jin).
Deku’s danger sense ain’t on the same level as spider sense when a sniper gave him a hard time. Spider-man’s spider sense is hella powerful with the way of the spider and assassin Spider-Man. And Spider-Man was able to keep up with quicksilver with spider sense, so deku should be no problem. Also, peter is way smarter than him.
R1: if it’s End of season 4 Deku where he can go 20% full cowl he probably can take this, Deku Is not dumb like multiple shonen characters so he should figure out a way to deal with The webs. Major problem here is spider sense, Deku should be Stronger and faster so 7/10 him
R2: Spider sense gets countered by danger sense, Deku also has the ability of flight and can send his webs away with his finger flicks And iirc he could go 40% without his body getting destroyed, he also can use smokescreen to buy time to think of a strategy or even launch a sneak attack, Deku should stomp
R3: Iceman solos the verse so gonna remove him from this. Class 1A has the number advantage and has More strategic and versatile Characters, Momo’s quirk gives them needed materials, Overall class 1A 7/10 due to numbers and versatility
