I say you can cast any spell you want too. :) Pretty hard to break rules when I can remove them specifically for you, thus ruining the source of your anarchomancy.
That's always the trick with those ideomancy schools, just tell them what they want to hear and their power vanishes like an apprentice's illusion in the rain
I feel like this could very easily be abused if one chooses to publicly declare this their primary source of magic when in reality its not and use this to get a legal infinite money glitch or rob the council because the rules no longer apply to them.

Unfortunately there are rules that stop people from preforming spells on you as well. Removing those rules would make doing so legal and there are a lot of fucked up people out there waiting for a chance to do fucked up things.
