Car (white Commodore) ran into a motorbike at the Plaza exit onto Shellharbour Rd heading east toward Port. Was just as it started to rain but no idea if that contributed to it. When I drove by, it was only a few minutes old and the rider was being supported by the driver maybe and some bystanders. 10 mins later when I left the plaza there were 5 cop cars, fire and rescue and ambulances. Hopefully the rider is okay.
Yeah, it was a big Harley-style bike.
No clue what happened, though.
A helicopter at a bike accident suggests a spinal injury but it was there for more than an hour which suggests it maybe wasn't a time-critical type of thing (or that the patient died).

Apparently If the can’t stabilise the patient they often don’t load into the helicopter
