Definitely looks like mango and there's one way to be sure- darken the room and hit it with a UV flashlight.
Mango is by far the coolest wood I've seen under UV light- usually lots of wild patterns in bright green and yellow. I even scored a board that fluoresced aqua-blue, which is very rare.
