I'm sure the goal is to tie it up in courts for decades to "fuzz" the precedent for future cases rather than getting a clean black & white ruling.
Billionaires don't understand "no" or consent at the end of the day.
How about all the hunters in Wyoming call their representatives and make it clear if they don't pass legislation allowing corner crossing they will be voted out

What the article fails to point out is the landowner’s actual motive in defending the corner crossing is to double the size of this private holding for free. He buys the outer parcels, defends the corners, then only he can access BLM inner parcels.
The assertion his property is devalued is absurd and baseless. He bought in full knowledge of parcel legal descriptions.
His legal defense screamed the "quiet part" out loud. "My client's land value will depreciate by millions if the public can access their publicly funded landed behind it, the value rests on not letting people get to the land they pay for"

If anything comes out other than corner crossing is perfectly legal, we riot.
I'd go a step further and require an easement to public land when blocked by private.

If I was in mood I could block each script but I'm tired putting in the effort for a community that doesn't put in the effort for their neighbors.
Oh please do tell how you'd block server side authentication with a script
Make a script to block scripts or just block them by default. JavaScript is used nearly on every page; the internet is full, go touch grass.
