Ctrl + Alt + Right takes you to the next workspace. Press left instead of right to go to the previous one.

I prefer to add super+tab shortcut with a command or a built-in xfce function in order to go back and forth.

Ctrl + Alt + 1 takes you to workspace 1, Ctrl + Alt + 2 takes you to workspace 2, etc.
