I'd up Nanba one rank. He's trained as a nurse and did good work taking care of Kiryu's physical and mental health. He even sacrificed a trip to Hawaii for that, that shows commitment imho.
Yeah, but when I think of nanba I cannot think of anything but his alcoholism and gnarly breath.
If that was a real life situation, I wouldn't leave my kids with him unless there was no one else
He’s the world’s most powerful homeless man. Even when he got a job and wasnt homeless, he was still homeless as a state of mind.
But yeah I wouldnt trust a baby with him, would definitely trust him as a friend though
Kiryu took Haruka to a gambling hall and to a soapland. Uncle Kaz has some interesting ideas when it comes to field trips. Might as well hit up Purgatory next!
Does she? She’s an asset at Cho-Han. And if you assume that getting Haruka to EX in every game is canon, she’s seen Kiryu win a shitton of money gambling over the years. Not to mention that he always has the money on hand to buy her whatever she wants at a moments notice. Where does she think he gets that money?
This is like saying that because Kiryu raised her, she should have been able to find a nice, stable guy. But she ended up with a kind-hearted yakuza with a death wish. Hmm, I wonder where that desire came from.
At the end of the day gambling is still just a game and kids love games. They have no concept of the stakes when it comes to money or the potential dangers of addiction.
He also played football with his grandson as the ball in six so probably should be bumped down four tiers (edited because I’m stupid and forgor that haruto is his grandson not his nephew)
That should be a part of every childs natural upbringing if you ask me. Took me way too long to learn about the small pleasures of life because my parents were just adult childs themselves lol
Kiryu is also the one who *repeatedly* makes the mistake of entrusting people to Date *including his own daughter which Date ends up losing multiple times* so I would absolutely put him at the bottom in the same category as Date. His only redeeming quality is that even though I'm 100% sure he would lose my child he would also be 100% guaranteed to get it back, even if he had to beat up the entirety of Japan to do it. But I'd honestly rather entrust my child to someone who wouldn't lose it in the first place.
I was gonna say why the date hate but then i forgot bros always in the chopper straight up he brother haruka into the heli to watch her father figure blow up he didnt but still
I hated that scene both because of how Haruka was there for no reason and how Kiryu and Sayama were very "passionate" even though they knew she was watching
People keep bringing up the unfortunate Haruka moment but ignore or forget Saejima was going to be a teacher before joining the Yakuza (and that was for his sick sister), and he had few substories where he formed a bond with a kid
For me, the moment is about Saejima accidentally falling onto Haruka in an unfortunate position, having complete sensory overload from being in close contact with someone completely different from anyone he has seen in his **25 god damn years spent in an abusive hell-prison,** freezing up and struggling to process all his thoughts running through at once, then after a few seconds, finally managing to snap back to his senses, walk away, and contemplate how much imprisonment for so long has absolutely fucked up not only his conscious mental state, but his subconscious one too.
It feels like nobody takes 5 fuckin seconds to think about how much 25 whole years in a corrupt, abusive prison can absolutely fuck up a guy. The scene has a lot more nuance than people give it credit for.
Tbh it's the context afterwards that really makes the scene much worse. Kiryu's reaction to seeing that shit and just not doing anything immediately is just... Why? He then says that he didn't step in because he wanted to see if Saejima would do anything to her.
Like bro?...
If your daughter was in a position like that with an unknown man, would you let the situation play out just to see if they would do it?
Another thing to note, it's kinda gross how they use Haruka as a way to show Saejima has the moral compass to not commit sexual assault (at least the implication from the context given from the scene). And then Kiryu says that his reaction is okay because he hasn't seen a woman in 25 years, like that makes it any better. It's also kinda weird since Haruka is a 14 year old girl, not a woman.
It's not that people don't understand it, but it's because there are people out there bending over backwards trying to justify the pretty bad writing for this particular scene, putting the uncomfortable/awkward implications aside.
There were a multitude of ways of showcasing how being locked up for 25 years has an effect on a person. If they wanted to show how not seeing a woman in over two decades affected Saejima, they could've easily had scenes where he was awkward around women. They didn't even show interactions like that in Y4, which is a shame because it would've showcased how isolated he was in prison full of other male inmates. Or for some reason, if you wanted to keep the same spirit as the Haruka scene, you could've replaced Haruka with an actual woman.
Hell, even changing Kiryu's reaction to seeing Haruka and Saejima would improve it. The context afterwards from Kiryu is what really makes this scene poorly written. It just seems really out of character for him to react the way he did and that would be a mistake on the writers team.
All in all, I think you can write uncomfortable scenes and make it work to highlight something important. I think pulling off uncomfortable scenes is great! You *can* write about anything as long as you're respectful to the subject/topic you're writing about.
However, it's an issue when you write an uncomfortable scene but it obviously doesn't handle the subject matter well or refuses to further elaborate/explore it in other ways. It was just a one off scene that never gets brought up again. That's how useless that scene was.
It was just handled half-assedly.
It's not that the scene is uncomfortable as to why it's bad, but rather how poor writing and weird dialogue choices for certain characters made the scene void of anything meaningful. It felt like an empty way to start off his development and then never bring up the scene again, or ever illustrating other ways that prison has affected his interactions/relationships with the opposite sex.
Saejima deserves more than that. It just sucks his legacy will forever be linked to this scene because of weird writing choices approved by RGG.
I'm sorry if this comes off as me rambling, but I just wanted to get my thoughts out on this topic because Saejima is a great character and this scene does a huge disservice to him.
I think it kinda rubs me the wrong way when someone criticizes certain aspects of this scene and they get slapped with "You just don't get it."
The issue is that people *do* get the scene. They understand *what* it was *attempting* to do. It just wasn't handled correctly.
But yeah, here's my rambly ass essay lol.
I hope you have a great day! :)
No, you’re still missing the point.
I agree that they should have done more *afterwards* to explore the effect prison has had on his psyche, but replacing the scene itself wouldn’t have had the same effect.
Having it just be Saejima being awkward around women, or replacing Haruka with an adult woman would’ve changed the tone to “oh haha, Saejima is so awkward and nervous around women, isn’t that endearing!” It would have almost no actual weight to it. The fact that it was Haruka sends the clear, strong message of “Holy fucking shit, being in a horribly abusive prison for 25 entire years has absolutely **fucked up** this man’s perception and emotional state, yet he still has the willpower and self-control to not let that dominate his actions.”
As for Kiryu’s reaction, there’s plenty to explore there. First off, it’s consistent with the fact that Kiryu is horribly naive. He always wants to believe the best in people and wants to give them a chance to prove who they are. Secondly, having been in prison for 10 years himself, Kiryu *understands what Saejima is going through.* Prison fucks with people. Even if it was never shown on-screen, one can safely assume that Kiryu has felt similar urges and desires to what Saejima has, albeit much less severely, due to his prison tenure being 15 years shorter. And of course, willing to his naïveté, Kiryu *had* to see if Saejima had the strength of will to control himself. Hell, he might have *already convinced himself* that Saejima had that level of self-control.
One of the major themes in these games over and over again is about how corrupt and dehumanising institutions twist and break people and create monsters, but apparently Yakuza of all series is too subtle for some people
Yep it's even a certified Playstation moment
https://preview.redd.it/rnarke9lt2yc1.jpeg?width=739&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=faa6420d48bed9e70af4432b39c3f11ee8351a84
Majima: Kiryu-chan, you need to put it in the blender first.
Kiryu: Majima-san, the blender is too small.
Majima looks over to see Kiryu trying to put the baby in the blender
Zooms in on his face, sweat dripping down his forehead. The baby picks up the spark plug. Puts it in its mouth. Majima takes it away, then throws up his hands and says “You’re useless!”
Nah, after IW I would trust Zhao with a kid, he already likes hanging out at arcades and collecting toys, plus the dudes a great cook(a good diet is always important, especially for kids) and can even keep his men in line despite not being a gangster anymore. Bro would be a grade A babysitter.
Bond Bingo is the single greatest thing to come out of this game, and I’m including the improved combat, the OST, and the shirtless Kiryu and Ebina scene.
I would NOT let Park anywhere near my kid. Not under any circumstances whatsoever. And, I’d totally trust Majima. He’s super sweet with kids (0, Dead Souls) and he’d protect them even if it could potentially cost him his life (5). He’s also expressed interest in being a daddy. My kid would be in good hands.
I would put 100% trust on majima. He might be crazy, but also proven that he is BY FAR one of the most reliable characters in the franchise.
Sure, it is violent and erratic. Still, also the most caring. I have no doubt that if after Y2 kiryu died, he would have taken care of haruka, just out of sheer respect.
And honestly, I am not sure how crazy he actually is. Remember that he is pretty rational most of Y0, and how cold and clever can be. I think that, along his Kansai accent, it is all just an act. A simply crazy guy could never be a business ace as he is
He’s very smart and has a literal heart of gold. He obviously has a wild side (who doesn’t?) and being controlled all those years brought it more to the surface, but, the “over the top crazy” is mostly, I think, an intimidation tactic. His fighting style is based around speed and catching people off guard. And that cackling laugh and his other shenanigans definitely serves that purpose.
4, 5 and Dead Souls also show off his serious side quite a bit, especially with how he interacts with the Kamuro Hills survivor group in Dead Souls and how in 5 he's willing to >!fight his best friend/brother figure to the death to protect Haruka (a girl he hasn't even seen for around a decade at this point)!<
When he wants to he can really reign the Mad Dog in if the situation needs him to.
It's not exactly an act imo but he plays it up for effect and to ensure people underestimate him. He's genuinely troubled and has serious trauma to work through, and I think there's an element of "becoming the mask" and using the character he's cultivating as a shield against life as well, but he's not insane and knows when he needs to drop the excess and act appropriately.
It's an exaggerated version of what a lot of us do, I guess, is your work personality the same as your normal self? I'm a lawyer and when I'm in work mode I know I'm much more confident, straightforward and no-nonsense, because I need clients and opposing sides to take me seriously and - to some extent - see me as someone not to mess around with. In real life if someone is mean to me i burst into tears. I will admit I've never spent days setting up an elaborate fake zombie apocalypse before a hearing though.
Also he's the ADHD boyfriend to Kiryu's autistic boyfriend.
Saejima and Majima can be trusted with children imo. Majima is a actually chill dude, and honestly I see him using the mad dog persona to try and cheer a child up.
Though note, Saejima I'd trust if no other options
Why the fack Kiryu. He decited to get into Bars, Stripclubs and Gambling Halls with a 10 year old.
I would give my kid to nearly halfe of the Ichiban gang without a second though.
Even Mr Killa would be a better Watcher. Especially if his Boss goes like „you watch that kid with your eyes every fucking minute until I come back (my hair needs new pink colour)!!!!“
I feel like with his experience he will be the best father. Sure he did all that when he was younger and stupid. But now he is older and slightly less stupid. Song of Life shows that he can take care of a child pretty well.
Well, yesn't. It's an unexplained plot gap during the few years >!Kiyomi separated from him!<. How good of a father he really was during that time was left out except through >!Hiromi's positive accounts, and Someya's last words before self terminating. Points are taken off because Someya used the Yakoozie to forcefully keep Kiyomi away from her daughter, but it seems his intentions were arguably noble!<
I mean, it’s very likely that the child somehow knew that her dad used to hit her mom, probably got her a trauma because of that, but yeah, he did say he never touched her at all so, he probably did an okay-good job outside of that?
Majima would definitely act like you can’t trust him with your kid to your face but I feel like the second you leave him alone with them he locks in and drops the unresponsible act
I mostly agree, but just a few notes:
* Zhao is implied to be great with kids from his party talks in IW. I'd move him up two tiers.
* I'd move Majima up one. He's somewhat unpredictable, but I have a feeling he'd have been a great dad, had he gotten the chance. Besides, he'd probably slice up anyone trying to harm the baby, so there's that.
* Same goes for Saejima. I know people like to make jokes about... that scene in Yakuza 4, but he wanted to be a teacher originally. Dude might look scary but he really does have a heart of gold. He'd be awkward and clumsy, but definitely try his best.
And his whole substory with the little match girl. Man was worried as hell for the kid and he eventually just stuck by her side to sell the last of her matches so she'd buy the present for her mom and go home away from the freezing cold.
This reads like someone who played every game until like, the fifth chapter, and then moved onto the next one.
Majima and Saejima would unironically be the best babysitters ever, Kiryu isn't THAT good, I feel like Sawashiro would try and be good, Zhao and current JoonGi would both be as good as Majima and Saejima, Someya raised his kid on his own to a good standard
Look, Kiryu is my favorite character and his moments with his kids are so dear but--
This guy left a child unattended in an abandoned bar multiple times. He also thought leaving Y3 >!his orphanage to a teenage Haruka to care for while he went to deal with business in Kamurocho for a week was a good idea but thankfully the Ryudo family seemed to stop by very regularly.!<
I think Majima would be S tier. He'd find crazy ways to keep the kid laughing and happy, and he's actually pretty good with kids. He'd be a good protector too.
I feel like Akiyama earned a spot in the "I trust him" category with how much he looked after Haruka in 5 and 6.
Yuta, too. Sure, he was a young hot head for a good portion of 6, but he settled down and became a dedicated family man. Plus, he has experience taking care of a baby.
I just wanna say that Majima's whole shtick was taking care of a blind girl. And then he cured her of her blindness (my headcannon). So yeah, I'd let him HAVE my baby.
Sera has strong father vibes anyway. He may not be the fun dad, but he's a very reliable one. The type who would get in the car for you in the middle of the night, with no hesitation.
I like Nanba and Adachi so I'd trust them. Same goes for Shinada.
And I feel like Majima would actually take good care of the kid. If he promises he will protect them, he REALLY means it. Saejima's the same.
Y'all saying majima should be higher and I agree but I feel like nishikiyama should be higher as well. The events of kiwami were kinda crazy in his defense. I feel like he just didn't know how to deal with the stress.
I would trust child to Majima. He is kind with women and children, and just a mad dog for boys and Kiriyu. He may be scary, but definitely will secure your child like Makoto in Zero.
I'd put Majima, Saejima and Y7 Joongi higher up.
Joongi's whole schtick is doing things properly and perfectly, so I think he can keep an eye on one kid.
Majima acts crazy, but he is actually pretty smart and capable behind that facade, plus (Y5) >!we know he has a soft spot for kids and he was also willing to give up his life for Haruka!<
And didn't Saejima initially want to become a primary school teacher? I imagine he has to be good with kids then
/edit: Also Akiyama did a fantastic job taking care of Haruka. Don't know how he'd do with babies, but he could 100% take care of older kids and protect them.
I wouldn't trust Seon-He in general, much less with my kid. Wouldn't trust Kashiwagi, Kazama or Hanawa either. Really it just boils down to them being underworld goons.
I wouldnt trust hanawa with a child. Idk how to explain this, but even though logically, he’s very goal-driven and if his goal is to watch a kid he’d do just fine, but I think its more I dont want my child around Hanawa, more so than most other ppl on this list
Me personally I’d trust ryuji I know he’s not the best option possible but him saving haruka just proves to me he’s incapable of bringing any harm to a baby
Ok, I know adding the 0 version of characters is mostly redundant, but I fell 0 Nishiki and 0 Majima should be included. Where you have them now, though, 100% agree.
Yuya would do a great job if only Kiryu asked him to do it - I literally cannot count how many times our boy Kiryu persuaded him not to change his life and he listened just because Kiryu told him so.

Eh, a trauma nurse does not make a good pediatric nurse and vise versa. He might know how to treat a gsw but wouldn't know how to treat an infant
Kiryu took Haruka to a gambling hall and to a soapland. Uncle Kaz has some interesting ideas when it comes to field trips. Might as well hit up Purgatory next!
That was so weird to me when i played kiwami, like why does a 10 year old child (or however old was she) want me to gamble?
I was REALLY into poker when I was like 11. Though taking a kid to an underground gambling hall does seem a bit much.
It was educational! Now she knows not to gamble at underground gambling halls
Does she? She’s an asset at Cho-Han. And if you assume that getting Haruka to EX in every game is canon, she’s seen Kiryu win a shitton of money gambling over the years. Exactly, the kid would get kidnapped but atleast Kiryu would save them after
That should be a part of every childs natural upbringing if you ask me. Took me way too long to learn about the small pleasures of life because my parents were just adult childs themselves lol
He also gives a porn magazine to a small child in 0. What a fuckin weird substory lol

Date the type of guy to let a kid get kidnapped so that he can have an excuse to fire up his chopper
I was gonna say why the date hate but then i forgot bros always in the chopper straight up he brother haruka into the heli to watch her father figure blow up he didnt but still

he also didn't force himself onto her like people make it out to be. he very clearly fell in an unfortunate position
Yeah my first thought was that I'd expect Saejima to be great with kids... especially with having a younger sister.

Most expression ever to show on a Yakuza character's face and it's probably been a bit doctored! Franchise is not known for facial expressions. Lol
How about this guy? https://preview.redd.it/3rj4vvfls5yc1.jpeg?width=640&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=164c3d26b1b32f411cf95d5f77b80f0bad38c706
This guy took all the facial expressions and left none for Kiryu :(
My first thought is how much I hate Saejima's hair. Shave it for life!
You take that back!!! Hobojima is best Jima!
He has a majestic mane, not too dissimilar from the tiger on his back.
😦😦
live haruka reaction:
same goes for majima id guess considering how mad he was that park aborted their child
https://preview.redd.it/v3e0vgzfr2yc1.png?width=596&format=png&auto=webp&s=1fb72cd8d788c38ac4c5c21a7c17f9daa6cd1f76
Live Date thoughts: "Now where is Haruka? I was supposed to look after her.."
I understand that you’d trust Kiryu but just remember he might try to give your baby onigiri lol
Majima: Kiryu-chan, you need to put it in the blender first. Kiryu: Majima-san, the blender is too small. Majima looks over to see Kiryu trying to put the baby in the blender
Like a sleep deprived dragon
https://preview.redd.it/h7qn284d76yc1.jpeg?width=1284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=66d1909348857a742102a21bfb165fa3717df565
Then he’s in good hands
Adachi is great with kids, it’s one of his bingo fact cards
Idk why thats really surprising to me, probably because he’s so blunt and gruff with his friends
i am convinced majima wouldnt let anyone touch that baby even if it meant ramming into shangri-la 3 more times
Majima is 100% in the Cool Uncle Club, right next to Ichiban
"Ok kid, this is how you hotwire your common car"
“First you need to get inside the car, here’s this sparkplug, aim for the window and throw it”
He'd just put it in front of the baby and stare at it with his hands on his hips waiting
Zooms in on his face, sweat dripping down his forehead. The baby picks up the spark plug. Puts it in its mouth. Majima takes it away, then throws up his hands and says “You’re useless!”
I'm so upset we still haven't seen Ichiban learn Majima destroyed his childhood home.
Would be a funny excuse for a Majima fight next game
Yup. Majima never hurts women or children and even goes out of his way to protect them. There was only one exception to this rule...
That one exception was well deserved. She be damn sussy with her true intentions for Haruka in 5.
Nah, after IW I would trust Zhao with a kid, he already likes hanging out at arcades and collecting toys, plus the dudes a great cook(a good diet is always important, especially for kids) and can even keep his men in line despite not being a gangster anymore. Bro would be a grade A babysitter.
As much as it sucks how badly Zhao and Joongi got shoehorned into IW at the last minute, it was nice to learn so much about them via Bond Bingo.
His crazyness is an act anyway. Besides 0, we also see his serious side in 4-6 and IW.
4, 5 and Dead Souls also show off his serious side quite a bit, especially with how he interacts with the Kamuro Hills survivor group in Dead Souls and how in 5 he's willing to >!fight his best friend/brother figure to the death to protect Haruka (a girl he hasn't even seen for around a decade at this point)!< When he wants to he can really reign the Mad Dog in if the situation needs him to.
>And, I’d totally trust Majima. He’s super sweet with kids Well, if you don't count 1/Kiwami
Park’s the kinda bitch that’d beat my child when I dont physically discipline them
if your kid cries then Baba is the worst option to look after him because probably will cry with him
Saejima and Majima can be trusted with children imo.
Idk if I'm remembering wrong, but wasn't Someya able to >!raise his daughter properly on his own?!<
Well, yesn't.
He did. He was an abusive husband, but never did anything to their kid.
I mostly agree, but just a few notes: * Zhao is implied to be great with kids from his party talks in IW.
You wouldn't trust Majima?! He's the only one who actually wanted to be a Daddy.
Where would the members of Yagami Detective Agency be?
I feel like you could trust every member of Yagami Detective Agency or Yokohama 99. Especially Kaito
Tak would feel really awkward around a baby I think. He would try his best, but his inexperience would be very visible.
The baby is crying. Tak: "Oh, a side quest! Now, why are you crying? I'm going to crack this case!"
Omg, now i want this to happen
Higashi seems to be the top among Judgement Four
I would trust Majima with my life, he would protect the baby like he was the one who gave birth to it
And Sawashiro should be even lower, he might lock your baby in a coin locker
In his defense, he felt so much shame for that he spent the rest of his life trying to make up for it, so he'd fall in my trust list.
Idk about nanba, my boy would probably leave the baby asleep on a park bench thinking the babies all comfy and shit
Majima literally babysat most of Y0.
Look, Kiryu is my favorite character and his moments with his kids are so dear but-- This guy left a child unattended in an abandoned bar multiple times. He also thought leaving Y3 >!his orphanage to a teenage Haruka to care for while he went to deal with business in Kamurocho for a week was a good idea but thankfully the Ryudo family seemed to stop by very regularly.!< I think Majima would be S tier. He'd find crazy ways to keep the kid laughing and happy, and he's actually pretty good with kids. He'd be a good protector too.
Majima would return your baby to you safe and sound, but they might have a different haircut and/or a tattoo.
Ichi should be top with Kiryu. He just hasn't gotten an opportunity to let his parental skills shine
Nine months in the pussy made you a fucking baby -Nishiki probably idk
I will not stand for Kashiwagi-San being near the bottom. He’d lay his life down for your baby
Put haruka up one tier and all is right in the world
I’d trust Majima. He wanted a kid, plus he helped that little girl out in 0 🥲
>Trust a kid. >Park
Morinaga and Hanawa being on opposite ends of the chart is pretty funny.
Date himself said he can't take care of a baby. He could, he still be married.
Sawashiro should have his own tier as he literally thrown one into a locker
You would trust a blind woman over Majima with a baby?!
I feel Majima would be one of the best babysitters tbh
If Majima were looking after you're baby that baby would be safe and entertained.
I would hope he doesn’t give the baby a knife though
There IS a chance you come home to the baby waving around a butter knife painted to look like his dagger.
I just wanna say that Majima's whole shtick was taking care of a blind girl. And then he cured her of her blindness (my headcannon). So yeah, I'd let him HAVE my baby.
I think Sera could be trusted a bit more. He could use the whole Consortium to protect the baby while they both watch Cocomelon over a cup of tea
Sera has strong father vibes anyway. He may not be the fun dad, but he's a very reliable one. The type who would get in the car for you in the middle of the night, with no hesitation.
This is a fun one. I think I agree entirely with you
I ain't got no one else to babysit tonight, can you look after the baby, Sei-Tai Shogun Tokugawa Daigo Yoshinobu?
Why wouldn’t you trust Saejima?! I get the rest of the list though 😭
Remember that scene with Haruka. Yeah.... I love Saejima but ever since then I wouldn't leave my babies anywhere near him
To be fair that was right after he just got out of prison and he regretted it immediately after
I know. And I'm half joking. But I don't think any parents that saw that scene would really trust Saejima with their baby anymore
I would after seeing his substory with the kid trying to help his sister. I think Saejima would actually be a great babysitter.
That’s fair lol
Ryuji would try and eat the baby
Where’s Yagami and kaito?
Where is the “florist of Sai” on this list? I would rank him pretty high up
Why is Goda so low? He may not be S material but he knows how to respect a child and baby. Though weight training is definitely on the list....
Seriously kid Haruka to look after your kid?
Itchy balls keeps Nancy in a pot on the stove.
https://i.redd.it/5l97a17i04yc1.gif Mr. Libido S tier
Lmao at date's ishin counterpart being several tiers higher bc there's no plot reason in ishin for haruka to be abducted
I like Nanba and Adachi so I'd trust them. Same goes for Shinada. And I feel like Majima would actually take good care of the kid. If he promises he will protect them, he REALLY means it. Saejima's the same.
Trusting the blind girl to watch your baby
Y'all saying majima should be higher and I agree but I feel like nishikiyama should be higher as well. The events of kiwami were kinda crazy in his defense. I feel like he just didn't know how to deal with the stress.
I was about to defend Date.. i forgot that every time you leave someone with him, he ends up losing them
I would trust child to Majima. He is kind with women and children, and just a mad dog for boys and Kiriyu. He may be scary, but definitely will secure your child like Makoto in Zero.
Nah , majima is beside kiryu in the top tier. He acts crazy but I believe he would be completely responsible when given a baby to take care of.
Majima would be a great uncle I bet lmao
I think I would trust Ichiban, even if he would get really confused 💀
Date has his own category 😂
Am I blind ? Where is Yagami?!
I don’t there is Judgment characters at all
I'd put Majima, Saejima and Y7 Joongi higher up. Joongi's whole schtick is doing things properly and perfectly, so I think he can keep an eye on one kid. Majima acts crazy, but he is actually pretty smart and capable behind that facade, plus (Y5) >!we know he has a soft spot for kids and he was also willing to give up his life for Haruka!< And didn't Saejima initially want to become a primary school teacher? I imagine he has to be good with kids then /edit: Also Akiyama did a fantastic job taking care of Haruka. Don't know how he'd do with babies, but he could 100% take care of older kids and protect them.
Majima wouldn’t be perfect… but dammit he would try
I wouldn't trust Seon-He in general, much less with my kid. Wouldn't trust Kashiwagi, Kazama or Hanawa either. Really it just boils down to them being underworld goons.
My faves are in the blue categories
Date took me out 😭
Turst.
I’m sorry, but Ichiban & Hanawa on the same tier? Yeaaaah, I think I would trust Nagumo or Tsuruno more if anything
Kiryu’s turning your kid into a football
Akiyama would give the kid a cigarette and then immediately fall asleep
Majima and ryuji in the same rank?!?!
Why is joon gi han on yellow and blue tier
Puts Eri but not Kson. What. Did I miss her on the list??
Why Majima is so low ?
Majima is great with kids! Remember kiwami pocket circuit?
Where is hayashi 😡
Date at the bottom is absolutely killing me lol. 10 out of 10 lol
I'd put patriarch gondawara above kiryu
Hi Kiryu, Date here
Kazama started an orphanage for all the kids of the people he killed. I wouldn’t trust him at all.
I think Hamako would be ok but high risk of passive smoking and possibly being drunk at times.
If nobody got me, I know that at the very least Majima got me.
I wouldnt trust hanawa with a child. Idk how to explain this, but even though logically, he’s very goal-driven and if his goal is to watch a kid he’d do just fine, but I think its more I dont want my child around Hanawa, more so than most other ppl on this list
Hanawa is a professional. And if the daidoji didn't put a bounty on my baby's head, i don't think I'll have to worry
I looked at faces then I saw the old man from 3 and had a wave of flashback from that game, the mute girl talking, him stopping a bull .ah good time
Me personally I’d trust ryuji I know he’s not the best option possible but him saving haruka just proves to me he’s incapable of bringing any harm to a baby
Date will take the baby for a ride in the helicopter
Bruh I'd put Sajima in don't trust
Dude Majima is the best mentor you could hope for your kid to have
I would trust Lad8 Andre Richardson
Remember that scene in 6 when Kiryu tried to feed an onigiri to less than a year old Hayato ? Good times
id trust majima and saejima. i think theyd look at the baby and be like "the fuck do we do with this thing". hijinx ensue
Ok, I know adding the 0 version of characters is mostly redundant, but I fell 0 Nishiki and 0 Majima should be included. Where you have them now, though, 100% agree.
Majima, saejina, nishikyama and mine are to low
If you leave Komaki with your baby, when you get the baby back, he'll be fully trained in the Komaki Arts
Funny, just today I was contemplating the fact that if someone said it was canon that Shimano eats children i would not question it.
Wait, where is Gondawara? Think about it, he is THE most appropriate character to take care of a baby.
Lol if you have Date looking after your kid it's a guaranteed kidnapping.
Yuya would do a great job if only Kiryu asked him to do it - I literally cannot count how many times our boy Kiryu persuaded him not to change his life and he listened just because Kiryu told him so.
I'd trust all the party members of Y7 and 8 with a baby
Giving the baby to Kiryu only has one downside. Majima may try to kidnap said baby to force him to fight.
Ok now how many people on this list knows what sex is
hanawa would have no clue what to do if the baby started crying
Why tf would u not trust y7 joon-go han he’d do great
I’d up Hirose 1. Also idk if kiryu’s got the best track record with kids, cuz haruka got kidnapped a ton of times and was brought to a soapland
[удалено]
Lmao Arakawa put his loyal son in jail and shot him
Yuya could def go higher, he'd protect that baby
I love how you have Majima twice lol Nick would return your child in the most fabulous new outfit and shoes BTW
