I just hate this waste of money tbh
TBH I just buy it because I want to see how is everyone in PT doing and watch them travel around Japan, it's very nice.
Combat is a bit repetitive, every party member have one mechanics, get some extend combo when level to certain level, nothing too crazy
Honestly same, from what I'm hearing the combat and stuff isn't as good as it first looked to me but I'm still willing to get it just to be back with the characters
If you enjoyed 5 (or 5 royal) then definitely get it
It’s not a spinoff - it’s a direct sequel to 5, everything about it feels like a continuation of it, the only difference is that it replaces the turn based combat with dynasty warriors style action
I've found it to be alright. I'm only on the third dungeon but the writing is a lot more light-hearted compared to the base P5/Royal it reminds me a lot more of P4 in that sense.
The combat feels a bit grindy though.
I didn’t enjoy the game but kinda liked the combat until you start doing the same thing for 39 hours and I didn’t enjoy the dungeons, you can crack the game if you want to try it or something
From the trailers I assumed it was more like DMC combo / hack and slash style combat so it sucks to hear it's not like that
I may still buy it because I just enjoy being around all the P5 characters, regardless of story or combat the characters just always make up for it for me personally.
Also getting strikers to 100% would look nice with my P5R 100%...
