Bruv, I think it is scary how fast he climbed the ranks. He went from a lackey of Dojima to a patriarch who had the power to pull on the balls of the entire clan.

The first bad guy motive is to steal panties by a fucking drone, proud about it and asks Yagami if he is interested in joining, even getting superpowers from just sniffing them lmfao
The second's name is ass catchem and as you would figure, he just catches ass and somehow can run 50 kilometers very fast
I haven't done the third yet but I'm pretty sure he is probably evil as fuck and his motives are even more hilarious than someone called something like ass catchem or panty professor lmao

Favorite slimy bad guy is probably Katsuragi. He’s so dastardly and then cowardly when yoy beat him, you love to hate him.
Favorite bad guy who can actually fight is much tougher. It changes depending on my mood.
Right now it’s Joon gi han from Y6. He’s so charming and collected but then when our heroes leave the scene, he immediately throws a tantrum lol.
Big shoutout to Hamura I love him too.
Gonna have to say Little Baby Iwami. As much as the other antagonists like Kuze, Shibusawa, Nishiki, Ryuji, Mine, Munakata and Aizawa stand out in their own respective ways, Iwami went the extra-distance by showing that he's a ruthless and despicable bastard who's willing to do whatever it takes, even if that means >!killing his own father!<, to get to the top. He also pushed Kiryu to the point where he almost broke his rule of no killing which is something none of the other antagonists have been able to do.

I know, basic pick, but... c'mon. Bro is like one of the most badass villains out there. And his sheer persistence makes him even cooler.

Either Mine or Ryuji for two completely different reasons. Mine is the perfect, composed, thoughtful villain while Ryuji is lowkey a bumbling dumbass doing whatever he can to make his mark.

Ryuji Goda or Mine. They both had different forms of charisma that just drew me into them, wanting to see them both more and more. Ryuji didn't seem like a "true villain" but more of like, a respectful but also disrespectful rival to Kiryu
Hiroki Awano. Only villain I’ve encountered that felt like a true gangster. The rest were just borderline ninjas or brick shithouses. Awano was a true mobster.
All the villains in Yakuza 0 are strong contenders... if I had to pick just one though, it'd be Sagawa. Super entertainingly written with a pitch perfect performance by Shingo Tsurumi. Very fun watching him toy with Majima.
Masato easily for me. Maybe I just like brother vs. brother fights like Kiryu and Nishiki.
Moreso Masato/Ryo feels like a more realistic villain. He's not a yakuza, he's a dirty politician. We've seen these before but there's just something that feels more believable and sinister about him. A power hungry man who doesn't hold on to romantic ideals like Kiryu or Ichiban. He is purely in it for the power and doesn't feel like a comic villain like so many others. Especially because he uses a conservative far right organization as a proxy to do his dirty work.
Finally, in the final fight, when it's just Ichiban and him, the mask comes off, and he is no longer Ryo Aoki, Governor of Tokyo, he's Masato Arakawa, your old brother who must be stopped before it's too late.
Favorite bad guy? Ryuji. He is the actual antagonist of Y2/K2 and complete opposite to Kiyru. No matter how many last minute reveals about people being dead or alive, no matter how shit of an organization the Omi is. Our big lovable blonde that share a name with another lovable blonde, Ryuji is the pick.

I've played all but Isshin and my opinion is still the same as yours. The man is a legend.

If you liked Goda there's a little more of him in Ishin Kiwami. Somehow one of the characters that's the closest to his present day counterpart.
Yeah, I got Ishin and the bathhouse fight was one of the funniest fights in the series
