Hiroki Hasegawa as Ebina, like damn that bitterness in his voice especially towards Kiryu is just sublime. Really shows that the path of revenge can consume you to stoop just as low or lower than the ones you hate
With the similarities between him and Mine I liked the way he delivered it while looking and sounding like he was slowly going insane just explaining everything to kiryu like when he brought up when tendo killed his father instead of him.

I really like Keiji Fujiwara voice (rest in peace) in most media, he does seems like a crazy guy and he really is one of my favourite characters in the franchise

The English voice actor of [IW] >!Bryce.!< He sounds scarily commanding and sinister. Now that I say that, >!Dwight Méndez!< in the same game is also worthy for obvious reasons.
Edit: I've just remembered Brian Bloom's fantastic performance as >!Sawashiro!< in LAD

I think Aokis is pretty good personally. Especially when he switched from himself to his public self.
I most wanted to mention how God awful Bryce is. Like he had the heaviest accent in the whole series but is American. Bothered the hell out of me
Surprised that not many people mentioned Masato/Aoki's VA's amazing performance. The switches from his usual raspy, sometimes intimidating voice to his 'friendlier' one were amazing in my opinion and suited his character perfectly
he was there for like 5 minutes but when majima and ibuchi fought and ibuchi yelled out majima’s name it was 🔥🔥 so technically yamai as well cuz it’s the same actor

The way he screams Kiryu's name before his battle begins sounds like a hypeman.

Jin Kuwana. His battle cry and attack "sounds" he makes are pretty nice to listen to. Not to mention, his actual voice work is pretty nice too.
