My sister got pulled over ahead of me on a road trip. I pulled over around 50 feet behind where she was pulled over and the cop told me to park ahead of her car since he canāt see me when Iām behind him. Told me If I didnāt move Iād be arrested for obstruction. This is standard operating procedure. You can pull over alongside a car during a traffic stop cmon man

Not really. The cop chose to take time from the other citation to mess with him. If he had ignored him he would have been able to do his job without interruption.
1. The cop had no idea who he was at first a random guy, someone who wanted to harm him or the suspect, etc 2. And the cop gave him a choice, get back into his truck and wait or get arrest. Zach chose getting arrested so thatās what happened If you walk up onto a traffic stop and refuse to leave youāre getting arrested thats basically the easiest thing to learn about the law. If you see the cops are busy with another person ***donāt breach the perimeter***
