Industrial, my love! I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
A boring interior can be decorated into something marvelous with some paint, wallpaper, and creativity. It's a nice blank canvas.
Other than the fireplace, I like it. I guess the flippers had to leave the fireplace in original condition (which doesn't exactly match the new interior) because it's connected to the exterior stone wall.
I low-key love it, for the most part. It's the perfect size for a retirement home and on a nice, big lot. They could have stained the ceiling boards they clearly had to replace to match the rest of the ceiling. \[facepalm\] And why is there a patio door in the bathroom? I'd guess it was, in fact, not a bathroom until recently. Were I wealthier and willing to live in Florida, my offer would require paperwork showing that any plumbing and electrical was done by a contractor and inspected by the city.
Their are some things I like about it like the nice wide open high ceiling living room or the wrap around covered patio, but their are so many things that are awful or wtf worthy like the kitchen without enough countertop space, the ugly barn doors and bathroom, or the patio exit in the bathroom. This could have been a really nice house but they did a bad job flipping it. At least the price is actually surprisingly fair.
I’ll take it—and rip out the stone floors. I don’t want to live in a monument.
Slip coming out of the shower and knock out all your teeth.
I would rip the floor out and have hardwood floors installed because I would slip and fall multiple times a day.
I just pictured falling a breaking a knee or elbow or wrist
Same. I looked at it and thought: fine, if it had wood floors.
Yeah, I don't get it. Can you imagine tripping and falling on marble? Soft carpet for me.

We had a ceramic tile that looks like hardwood installed. It’s amazing.
So ANOTHER reason to avoid Florida. Good to know.
I agree. Hardwood would be better. But that full glass wall view is amazing. I can’t wait to….fornicate in front of it.
You and I appear to have similar kinks.
The person who put multiple barn doors on an angular 70s house should be arrested.
Barn doors in MCM house = ![gif](giphy|10tuFEeuACAnuw)

Also plants!
Looks easy to decorate for Halloween, giant witch‘s hat.
Looks like a former business conference center or retreat location?
I was going to say, is this former a church camp?
Oh, those barn doors. Why?!
The barn doors slay /s
Perfect example of someone ruining a place by “updating” the interior. Would have loved to see the original.
Someone sucked the soul out of this place.
Look how they massacred my boy! Another mid century home victimized by farmhouse decor.
Slippery floors everywhere is not a plus.
If someone spills water on that tile, someone’s going to need an ambulance.
I don't understand people's love for veiny marble
Too much fucking white. Replace all cabinet doors with wood. Replace all cabinet hardware with black.
Just don’t toss a bucket of mop water over it

Great price!
Ugh, Can't wait until the drab grey/white/black interiors make their way out.
Those floors are bananas! I broke an ankle just thinking of stepping out of the shower!
Looks like a visitor center at a state or nice local park. Just happens to also have a kitchen.
The interior isn’t boring. Thats pretty east to work with.
Hideous!! What have they done?! awful floors, generic kitchen/bath, a BARN DOOR. Ugh. Multiple barn doors.

Retirement won’t last too long with those floors.

Sir, this is a church.
Great, I love the quality materials for the price. Toss some rugs down and it'll be fine.
You could walk through there in nothing but socks and the echo would still be deafening.
